Resilience

Resilience is the second collaboration between new age jazz guitarist Shambhu and guitarist/composer Leo Steinriede, following their well-received single Openings — a track that earned placement on SiriusXM's Spa (Channel 68). Co-written and recorded live in the studio, Resilience captures an unspoken dialogue between two artists listening, responding, and creating in real time.

The song opens with a gentle, contemplative guitar motif, immediately setting an intimate and meditative tone. As the piece unfolds, subtle blues phrasing and jazz-inspired harmonies emerge, infusing warmth and emotional depth. At a time when political tensions, global stresses, and financial uncertainty are an undercurrent of daily life, Resilience reflects the emotional landscape of our world — while always offering a glimmer of hope for a better tomorrow. It also appears as the closing track on the album Lotus Dream.
